Problem with a Collection?

Hi guys. I collected all the bones from the Shattered Bones collection. I got all the 18 bones. But I didn't recive any messages and I am not available to deliver it because I talk with some Collection NPC and he doesn't give me an option to deliver the items. I am new on the game so I don't really know the system, but did I do something wrong? Do I have to do something now? Thanks for your help guys!

Many bones have two places they can go-shattered bones and then race bones (like barbarian bones or ratonga bones). Did you get all of them in the right place? Are all the collection slots filled in for shattered?

Do you still have the bones in your bag or have you examined them? This happened to me the first day on the isle <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />

If you didn't, then do so, then talk to the NPC again. </p>
