I'm trying to bind one of my hotbar keys to F9, but it says it's already occupied by something called "NEXT_POV_SETTINGS" I cannot for the life of me find where that is to remove the binding. I've searched all over the options and cannot find something called POV settings. Anyone know where it is or a way to bypass this?
