Seems to be working for me. Is it still down for you or did it start working again?

Weird. It's still hosed on Firefox, but works in IE. That takes some real talent, to throw a sever-side exception depending on what browser you're using. <img src="/smilies/8a80c6485cd926be453217d59a84a888.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />

I am using Firefox... Checked both and its working fine. are any other sections of the site giving you the same error?

I am reaching the page here: <a href="https://secure.station.sony.com/eq2ctservice/TransferOrder.m" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">https://secure.station.sony.com/eq2...TransferOrder.m</a> It doesn't seem to work, please fix this, I do wanted to transfer a character. It's very slow or the page not load at all. I use Explorer and I cleared my cookies. EDIT: It's working now, seemed to be a bug this morning but it's back. An advice, use IE not Firefox though.
