<p>Hello,</p><p>I was wondering were the Master 1 changing NPC guy is?  The one taht you can change a 47 conj to a 47 nec etc master 1 for a small fee.  If anyone could shed some light that would be awesome!</p><p>kodyak</p>

He's on the PvP server. And he doesn't change a 47 conj spell into a 47 nec spell, he changes a 47 conj spell into a 47 random evil (or neutral?) spell.

Most often a warrior or a bard master. <img src="/smilies/8a80c6485cd926be453217d59a84a888.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> In freeport, you find him next to the Inn in NFP.

In Qeynos he is in the building across from the guild registrar in Qeynos Harbor.  In all honesty, you are better off selling a master and buying the one you need, and only transcribing totally junk masters, because 1/3 of the time, as someone else mentioned, you get a bard/fighter neutral spell that cannot be retranscribed, and its VERY rare to get the one you want.
