Enigma Volume 1 loot distribution... Armorer missing? !!!

A coupla months ago, I farmed brittle skels in the Graveyard and got a ton of Enigma level 1's, even the Ravenous Cubes in Theives way were dropping them... So, I changed one of my characters to Armorsmith (yeah glutton for punishment I know) And I went looking for Enigma of the Armorer Volume 1. Welp, farming the Graveyard got me nothing but Advanced Transumuting Volume 1.  Brittle skels dropped NO books. Farming Theives Way got me nothing but Alchemist and Sage.  Ravenous Cubes no longer have books, only Darkblades and Diseased Ratongas do now. The Sprawl gave me Jeweler and Carpenter off hoodlums and hooligans. Darklight Woods gave me Advanced Transmuting and Weaponsmith, from the undead. When I say Farmed, btw, I mean FARMED...as in repeatedly killing over and over up to 100 of each type of mob. Meanwhile, on the broker, Enigma of the Armorsmith showed up twice, once for 7 Plat, once for 2 Plat. What exactly is up with this?

Why on Norrath, would you even want this book?

<p>Because some people collect entire series. Why would you ever watch a prequel movie if you know how it turns out later anyway? Why would you buy book 1 of a series if you already read book 2? Some people twink out alts at lower levels so there is a small yet viable market for this.</p><p>To answer the OP's question - I got 2 of these last night in Antonica off of gnolls. Commonlands mobs don't always drop their tier let alone their level. I was getting level 8 and 9 loot off level 11 fallen orcs and the  defender ghosts. Even the named wasp, Silentsting, dropped a level 8 or 9 bracelet (Hiveborn Bracelet) yesterday, and he is 12 I think... blue heroic to me at level 13. It may be that the old zones are like that. I'm trying to find Enigma of the Jeweler 1 myself. There's one copy on my server and they want 24g for it!
