Why won't the bushes in Druid Rings appear?

<p>I have been to the Druid Ring in ButcherBlock now 3 times and that pesky shrubbery won't appear on my screen, others walk up and harvest it, but it will not appear on my screen?!?!?!?!?</p>

<p>Graphics should never be capable of being low enough to not see a shrub when standing right next to it.  However mine were set to 'best quality' and it was still missing.</p><p>And you can harvest it multiple times, that doesn't cause it to go away. :</p>

<p>I don't think the shrub stays forever. I have seen it stay past the first time I harvested it ,but for the most part, none of my alts see them anymore. I wonder if it goes away the first time you're actually ported through it?</p><p>And why do you need to harvest it more then once (beyond the idea that you oculd raise your harvesting skill with it, which I doubt will put it too high on SOE's list of concerns)</p>

Maybe the alt is a name that had been used before and maybe picked up somehow on some of the past toon's records in the db somehow?

I'm having this same problem with my Ratonga at the Commonlands ring.  Just to be sure the bush is actually there, I've checked with another character -- yep, there it is.  Sign my rat back on, no bush.

Try to target it with a hot key.  Like the way bots do.

I am having the same problem with the bushes. I harvested them with my Fury but now my bard can not see them. I bugged and sent many reports about but the issue was never resolved. I went back and forth with CS through emails but honestly I do not think they believed me. This was about two months ago. I thought maybe if you harvest with one toon, all of them will have the ability to port but this is not the case. My bard can not see the bush to harvest it nor can she teleport using the druid rings. Turning up the graphics does not help resolve this issue. Sad part is that I formatted my hard drive and reinstalled the game and I am still have the same problem...

This alt has basically never harvested so his harvesting is like 8/xxx, I wonder if other people experienceing this can check and see if their characters have low harvest abilities?

Just a thought, but no one has mentioned the level of the character trying to find the bush. Since the druids have to be 25 to be able to do the quest to cast the port spells, it seems to me to be logical for characters to need to be 25 to harvest the bush. I have not tested this out yet, it was just something that occurred to me. - Katsi

As for the bush disappearing, it will disappear once you have harvested it. Easiest way to check if you think you did not harvest it, ask a level 25+ druid to cast a portal to that ring.

This is not the case with my fury or my monk, both of whom have harvested all the bushes.  They can see them, no problem.  But my level 34 assassin rat has never harvested the bushes, and he cannot see the one in the Commonlands, at least, not sure about all the others yet.

I have not tested this out yet, it was just something that occurred to me. - Katsi</blockquote><p> The character attempting the harvest was 47, gnome, Conjuror, so level wasn't a problem, I believe lower level chars can harvest the bush though, will have to test for sure.</p><p>Bush just doesn't appear for this character.</p>
