<p>I'm looking for information on what skill you need to harvest what tier of resources. Can someone point me in the right direction, please?</p>

Guess what: if you select all the portion of that webpage that is the table, then paste it into Word, it becomes a Word table that you can sort however you like using the Table:Sort command in Word. Probably because I wrote it in Open Office and copied the whole table over!
