Returing 48 sk needs help after 2 years mia| thank you all

Hello all its been about two years since my comp died lol i just not managed to get a decent one so that i can run eq2. Im up to date on the larger changes that have taken place since i been out and for the most part they seem pretty good except the no casting spells while on the run that used to be how i built my agro back then<img src="/smilies/9d71f0541cff0a302a0309c5079e8dee.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />, but oh well all good things must come to a end. Was wondering if the full set of ebon armor i had is still up to par or is that outdated? Also i read about the plat spammers and hope it isnt a huge turn off to the game i remember their never was any back when i played(on crushbone server). Another question Im wonder is how is the economy ingame now due to all the plat buyers are the prices crazy high now? Also if anyone could fill me on any other major changes that have taken place to the SK class that i might now have read through due to the length of time i have been out and possibly any tips to help <b><i>any information is very much appreciated!!!</i></b>  Thank you for your time reading this post!!! ( btw sorry for my grammar i know im bad)</blockquote>Your ebon gear is more than enough. <img src="/smilies/8a80c6485cd926be453217d59a84a888.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> they revamped the mastercrafted gear, and grandfathered the old one, so your mastercrafted ebon stuff is better than the new ebon stuff. <img src="/smilies/8a80c6485cd926be453217d59a84a888.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> Plat spam seem to be rather nasty on some servers, while i hardly get any at all on some others. You are gonna ahve to live through it until SoE finishes their spam filter (yes, they are working on one) and, the sk got quite a few nice presents since you played last. So, get back in the saddle and try it out.

I prefer the old armor. Sure with the new you can customise your armor sets better in what you want. However the older stuff had higher mit. If i remember correctly the older ebon has about 2 mit higher than the new cobalt. Plat spammers are ignorable. Prices were driven up at lower lvls NOT by plat spaming but by EoF and Transmuters. Best bet if you are low lvl (i know you said your 4<img src="/smilies/b2eb59423fbf5fa39342041237025880.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> is wait till you get to around 30 to upgrade your spells from app 1 cause they are expensive. Gear however has gone down in price and there should be more variety of gear for you at lvl 48 than there was befor. This is because new content means new gear drops and they revamped old content with diff drops. Most your master 1 spells should be relativly inexpensive for T5 (lvl 40-50) but for upper T6 they will be EXPENSIVE due to the fact that people dont really go into T6 that much any more and you still have spells from lvl 67 - 70 that you use in T7. However once T8 hits (RoK) the T6 spells will drastically drop in price and upper T7 will slowly increase in price (so my sugestion is to get lvl 75+ masters now befor RoK hits and they jump up.

far as upgrading skills go they have changed the whole resist rate being based on spell quality in GU36(or its planned in GU37 not 100%) sure so until the 30s...don't feel too bad using App4s just make friends with a local alchemist.
