Just Bought EoF

ive been playing regular EQ2 and am currently lvl 25. i just bought the EoF box set and am wondering if i have to restart my char to take advantage of all the AA points and all that. and if i do have to, is there any way to move my money and items to my new char? i want to keep the same name as my main right now if i restart. thanks

You should be fine with getting AAs at 25.  If you do decide to start over, then make alt first to hold your items and stuff.  Money and most items can be sent by mail except lore, no trades and stuff that was already attuned to your old char.

To pick up the new AA points dont forget to run around some of the older zones that you dont visit any longer ie Enchanted Lands and Feerrott etc. Even though you have discovered them already you will re-discover them

actually i started in Neriak. i ran through darklight woods/ and Neriak city but didnt recive any of my AA rewards. ive only recived awards from killing named mobs and finding a few new areas in Nektulos forest. will i be able to get all 100 AA points by lvl 70 if i continue my lvl 25? thanks for the help again =)

We have a duo of 62s who were level 30 before we bought EoF (didnt have KoS either) and they are both approaching 80 AAs and will definitely get 100 within a short period of reaching 70. As long as you are a big quester-explorer-named killer you will do fine. Naturally levelling by grinding mobs would be bad for AA but It seems you arent going to do that.</p><p>Im confused you didnt get any AA in DLW as my 60 got some in there from exploration (AAs at key points like the fair, the tree, the spire) when I had a wander through (though very very small amounts, not worth it to be frank if AA is all you were after)</p><p>Edit: I see you started in neriak.. so wont get AA because you already discovered those locations. You only get AA from new locations, you cannot go back and get old AA points you missed. But it makes little difference.</p>
