Digital download? or new retail?

I bought the regular EQ2 game a year ago or so and it didnt run on my old computer. i have a new comp now and i play alot. i need to get all the expansions and adventure packs, so im wondering if i should buy the EOF box set in the store? or do i have to buy and download every exp. pack and adventure pack?.  and if i buy the box set will the cd key in the box conflict with my cd key already on my account? Thanks

You can buy either EoF retail or DL version from Direct 2 Drive. Both will include all 3 exp packs. And everytime you buy new expansion, you need to add the cd-key to your account to enable the expansion.

incorrect! Digitial download includes ONLY EoF. Retail box includes all three. Definately get the retail box, you will get DoF, KoS and EoF all in one box.

<p>Darnit!!!!!</p><p> Late last night while redownloading and patching the game, I clicked on the "EOF BUY NOW pop up" that came up. I thought I was going to get all 3 expansions included but unfortunately it didn't <img src="/smilies/9d71f0541cff0a302a0309c5079e8dee.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></p><p>I've only been back to EQ2 for a day and already i'm frustrated. Why didn't SOE include all 3 expansions with the digital downlaod of EOF If you can get all 3 expansions in one pack at the stores???</p><p>Is there any way I can get my money back or am I royally Effed?</p>

I just did the same thing too. Jeesh, you think they'd make it known that these options for purchase are available before giving you a pop-up prompting you to buy an expansion pack. It's not that I mind paying the $40. I just mind paying it when I also have the option (undisclosed) to get three-for-the-price-of-one for the same money. I usually don't complain, and I have never bashed SOE in my life, but I do feel a little cheated here.

<p>yea, well i just sent a refund request which took me a little while to find how to do this. Basically got to <a href="http://www.sony.com/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">www.sony.com</a>, click eq2, then click Support at the top,then click account billing tech support,followed by email support, this is where you get your email verification. Type in your station username/password, then continue to website. Then it will ask you to request the question/issue you would like answered. Fill that out and finally your question will be sent.</p><p> If theres an easier less complicated way to do this, I'd love to hear it. It took me about a half hour to figure out how to simply send a refund request to SOE.  <img src="/smilies/9d71f0541cff0a302a0309c5079e8dee.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></p>
