not enough concentration?

I leveled at got a new skill, I cant use it because it says I dont have enough concentration. o.O So whats the point getting the skill? How do I get more concentration? o,O

You don't. You will have to sacrifice one spell for it. If you look at your personal health bar you will see five bubbles below your power pool bar. This is your concentration pool. If you have used up all of your concentration, all five bubbles will be light blue. If not, then there will be empty bubbles at the end of the bar. This pool NEVER increases. Something to note though is that not all buffs count against your concentration. You can look at the buff in the knowledge window and it should tell you how much concentration it requires if any.

bards and enchanters can never use every skill they have due to concentration restraints.  A chanter in a group usually doesn't charm or use their pet, and a bard must choose which skills are most beneficial to the group and use them.
