major screw up?

So on my Achievement tree I decided I would put some points under the fury tree because it was a more beneficial line at my level, but when I reset it to get the line I wanted I realized that the points stayed reserved for fury tree. so what options do i have? is there any way to get those points to the other tree? or do I just have to restart my toon?

You can only put the points back into the same tree. I don't see the need to start a new toon as you get 50 points for each tree in the end.

how does that work while only getting one per level? is there 100 Achievement point levels?

As you get experience from quests, exploring and named mobs you also get AA experience. It is not based off of levels at all. It is it's own thing. You could get 10 AA points in a  level if you did it right and also some folks turn off combat xp so they don't level but still get AA xp to try and see everything or do all the quests.
