Serenity AA line

Is anyone else having issues to where you are not able to cast serenity while stunned? Or having it to where you are not able to clear a stun effect ?

Check the description of said stun on you. In all possibility the supposed stun is most likely a stifle. If you can run around while not being able to cast you are stifled. Serenity will not cast when you are stifled. Some cases you can get a debuff on you that is a root + stifle + daze. Effectively making it a stun but not being able to use serenity as it only stops stuns not stifles.
