A spell question

Well not sure if its a spell or a AA, I was fighting this warden upper 50s or somewhere in the 50+ range never really looked at a spefic level, but everytime i got close i was kicked back like i was hitting a forcefield what level do wardens get that? is it a spell or aa?

Duststorm...level ..um.. 47?   It procs a knockback when you melee.   Really nice for use on Monks and Zerkers ::evil grin:::   The higher level version is called 'Sandstorm'  same, but meaner <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />
