Where can I download the alternate models?

Click on preferences tab after you sign in and before you click play. Then click on the options you want to download and choose when you want them to download as in before you play or while you play.

I believe both Neriak and all of the alternate models are included with the additional content available from this preferences tab.  I personally decided to download it before I started playing when I installed EQ2 on my new computer.
