ice nova recast?

if im not mistaken, a wizard with spellshifting - 4.8 sec recast, enhance: ice nova - 5 sec recast, EoF fabled set legs -12 sec recast and pvp fabled robe - 10 sec recast, a wizard can cast an ice nova every 13 or so seconds? unless im mistaken and not all of these stack... and if they do, ive just set my years goal.

lol true, but what about when pulling aggro doesnt matter? <img src="/smilies/69934afc394145350659cd7add244ca9.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> youd pwn in group/raid pvp. fusion, then pop an ice comet every 13 seconds. would be awesome for farming too... glad bots cant get that gear <img src="/smilies/69934afc394145350659cd7add244ca9.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />

Recast will cap at -100%, or 50% of the recast, so Ice Nova's lowest recast is 22.5 (half of 45s)

i see, thats a new bit of information for me hehe... 22.5 seconds is still awesome, and its easy to reach with just the pvp chest peice which is simple to get. leggings are gonna be extremely tough =/

without the pants, and with TC, KoS AAs, EoF AAs, and Ring of the 4 Winds, I have Ice Nova at 30.4 sec recast, and yes, it is very very nice.  I love Jcap too, since it caps it down to 22.5, if Ice Nova is up when I get jcap, I can cast 2 in the 30 seconds, and get 2 reduced recasts. with the pants I'll be maxed if wuoshi would stop being a punk and drop my [Removed for Content] pants
