Stoneshield Protectorate, Missing a stat?

Title says it all but let me be really exact. What we have at the moment for this item is transmute fodder or <i>maybe</i> something to gear an alt with if they do not already have their class BP. Why? Simple. While this BP has good to great resist and health/power values, not to mention fairly average, but helpful proc's(see digression #1), this BP has no Stamina. So this BP, while geared to be heavily defensive and protective is lagging behind all other tank BPs. If this BP had 30-40 Stamina it would become a rather useful, if situational due to proc's, tool for almost all plate tanks. As it is, it is completely lacking in appeal other than for a chance at a mana from transmuting, or for a rather under geared alt. Digression #1: A proc that goes off when damaged by a spell either needs to be completely ridiculous, or needs to have a sky high proc rate due to the lack of frequent incoming damage from spells on raids or even just heroic content.

Give it a stamina adornment. The tanks that are able to actually get their hands on this item will have their stamina so high that the loss of maybe 30 points will be insignificant due to diminishing returns.

Without stamina and just using the +6 to all stats from the adornment it is not worth even contemplating to use. Mitigation is worthless, so who cares what mitigation it has, the proc's are rather average, the resists are decent, the raw HP/Power are good, the plus to skill would be much better as a plus to parry. So what we have is an average BP that doesn't have stats which makes it a rather crap BP.

yah over a 100 HP loss from using this BP the proc on it seems pretty nice, taunt procs are cool and all, along with ward procs, but yah on taking spell damage isnt that frequent... would love to see it get some stats on it or up the chance to proc from spell damage

cuirass of protect v2.0. if you can kill mayong from throne room you can kill mayong from sanctum therefore your tank is wearing his class armor and that item is transmuted. yep that one item that is wasting a spot in the drop list. i wouldnt be surprise to see 2 of those or even 3 drop in the same chest since SOE just cant seem to get a RNG workking properly. want to see different loot than the exact same item we see droping every week PST. until the BP can get a set of decent stat (str agi stam wis) it will be a harden mana that will be a lot more usefull.
