So I was playing on my coercer this past weekend, and I noticed the change to Perpetuality where it's now only one icon that changes colors as you advance in Perpetuality levels. However, I also noticed a side effect to this... IIRC, before GU36 if you were on Perpetuality V and didn't cast a spell in time before it wore off, you still had I-IV on you (since they had longer timers), so you could quickly get back to V. However, now if you don't cast a spell in time, Perpetuality wears off completely and you start back over at I.

Does anyone know if this is a bug or if it was intended? It's not really that big of a deal, especially compared to say the charm issue, but I'm still curious.

I was under the understanding it was intentional. This will make lag bumps even more damaging to chanter dps than it was before. I enjoy the color coding aspect though.. the multiple icons would spam my maintained and have hard time timing a couple things. Not that scrolling down and ignoring the top portion of maintained didn't fix that of course.

I was hoping they were removing the "empty" requirement, but I guess not.

Oh I just assumed since it still says that in the description. Thanks for the info
