Is there a beta sign up page for ROK ? If its coming out in the fall I thought there would be some sort of Beta in the works.

Way too soon. Traditionally SOE has let the general public into betas only at the very end. There will be signups but probably not until around September.

If it is going to be released in November like EOF was then I would expect the early/limited Beta Invites to start end of September begining of October.  I got my EOF beta invite on Oct 9th.  The more open beta was around the first of Nov.
