Where does "Cowl of the Trickster" drop?

Does anybody know, where the lvl 50 cloth "Cowl of the Trickster" drops? (special mob or zone)

Proly a little late to respond to you but there is another forum post about this hat. BUt i just confirmed it still does drop. I got mine of the heroic brownies on the ramp up to there little  village.    dropped fast in a standard box. now  i had farmed that many times with no luck but last night i got it right away
