Both can turn into animals. Using the Shapeshift AA (the first in the KoS tree), they can both turn into tigers, snow wolves or treants. Using their class specific spells, Wardens can change into wolves and Furies can become lions (or lionesses if they're female). They also have a bunch of shapeshift fun spells, or at least, wardens do. As for actual differences in capabilities, I'll leave that for someone who's actually played both classes, since I've only really played a warden.

I played both.   Both can turn into animals with the same abilities for the most part.   Fury has an AA that lets them(or some priest/mage they target) turn into an animal to get their power back faster(stifles them though).     Wardens have very effiecient heals with lots of heal over time.   Fury's have some heal over time but their direct heals are beefier up front with no overtime component.   This makes Fury better at dealing with spike damage  while warden can often heal for longer and more in the long run. Fury do amazing nuke DPS if specced right.    Wardens have decent nuking but are better DPS if they spec for melee damage.  Warden gets group evac,  Fury gets group invis.    Some other situational or small differences but that is the gist of it.

Besides what's mentioned, Furies can shapeshift into badgers, fairies (not fay)(Wardens have this spell too), and we can shapeshift ourselves or others into a rust monster which looks like a mutated chicken!
