I saw this is a lvl 65 spell. what does it do exactly?

<p>the fire seed like is a buff that conjurers get, single target, concentration slot for each running.</p><p>the buffs places a chance for the target to proc damage over time on the enemy with each melee attack.  when said enemy dies while under this impairment, they will "blow up" which does additionaly damage to the encounter.</p><p>Ember Seed65Blazing Seed(51) / N/AAn augmentation placed by the conjuror on target ally that grants a chance to deal heat damage with every attack and place an impairment on the opponent. If the opponent dies while under this impairment, it will deal instant heat damage to the encounter.</p>

Scroll of Fire Seeds is actually a crafted spell made from a recipe that drops in the Emerald Halls raid zone, using a raw that only drops from mobs in that zone.  It is a heat dot (roughly 3000 initial damage + 1000 damage every three seconds, over 18 seconds).  Once you've cast it ten times, you 'forget' the spell.

Just be sure to un-check "crafter receives side products" or else the commission will think the first scroll is the finished product and that the other two scrolls are the side products hehe. Still trying to figure out what is causing these things to not work sometimes, especially when no one else has them ticking. Some other spell or effect sometimes blocks them in a raid.
