newbie question

I have been reading a lot of posts regarding weapons vs. bare fist. By bare fist does that mean using fist weapons or nothing at all? I assume it is using fist weapons but I just want to be sure. Also, as a new player, will I be well off using bare fists over weapons, and is there a particular AA line that goes well with bare fists? Thanks for your time.

<p>Bare hands means bare hands.  Not even a piece of floss.  As a bruiser, you are allowed to spit into your hands, but that's it.  Monks are allowed to equip flowers.</p><p>Strength AA line until you get 8 points into double-attack.  Or any line until you have enough for 8 in double-attack, then respec to strength.  Personally, just put the points in stength.  The rest is too min/max-ish for me.  You can get the first 24 AA points sneezing violently.</p>
