ROK = New Character Slot??

I am saving one of my character slots for when ROK comes out but I was curious if they are going to give us an extra slot when it comes out for the new race? I did not see it in the features so I am playing it safe but if they are in fact going to give us a slot then I was going to go ahead and start my guy trade-skilling since I tend to do alot of that.

I know people just say delete one and roll a new toon but dang after you spend all that time leveling one up, doing their tradeskills and buying them all that equipment, spell books, recipe books, etc. That is quite an investment to simply hit the "Delete" button. Why I was asking before spending alot of time with my arasai wither I should simply not play him and save slot for the new expansion to play the new race and city.

Well it originally started out with 4 then they upped it to 6 then up to 7.  I kinda doubt they will up it again.

When Neriak/Arasai came out I had to have one so sadly he got the chop. The very next day they announced the extra character slots <img src="/smilies/499fd50bc713bfcdf2ab5a23c00c2d62.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />&nbsp<img src="/smilies/8a80c6485cd926be453217d59a84a888.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />. Even sadder was the fact that I had previously used Customer Service to restore a character I had deleted when my wife wanted to try the game, so was unable to get it restored (you basically get 1 free restore if you screw up which is fair enough. Otherwise people would be spamming CSR all the time).</p><p>Happily he is back up to 26 now and will regain his formoer glory one day.</p><p>Sark.  </p>
