Whats the max double attack?

Anyone know if you can go past 100% double attack? I'm just wondering if Crane Flock would be worth getting if you already have some DA or group with a toon that provides DA. If I had to guess I would say DA is maxes at 100% but ya never know and it can't hurt to ask.

100% chance to hit a second time. Can't have more than 100% chance in this case (it's not like haste where it's increasing by 100%..which is just meaning it doubles). So no, it doesn't stack. However, Crane Flock lasts 16 seconds. Even using it as quickly as possible, that's still 164s of regular, untouched double attack (or 90% of the time). And that's if you use Crane Flock the second it's reuseable.. even if the fight is almost over, etc.

Just trying to figure out just by how much with having DA buffs/gear.
