Ice Spike question

Ello all. I recently picked up Ice Spike Adept I on the broker recently seeing as it was somewhat cheap and my wizard don't have it. He's only level 14 now. My problem is I can't scribe it. Everytime I try it says "You already have this spell." This is news to me, where is this spell and what am I doing wrong? I don't even have Ice Spike App 1. I don't suppose it says useable by Warlocks and Wizards? I think  you may have just stumbled across an adept for an old Sorceror spell that no longer exists :p

Were these supposed to have been removed from the game? I am outfitting my new baby wizard and see one on sale for a plat on Guk. The damage is 108 - 209 on an Adept 1... a very tempting item to the unwary! Of course there's still some of the old rare ingots around, too, at elevated prices but I didn't realize there were out-dated spell scrolls still around.

I used to have a tradeskill book that said level 200 on it, you're always gonna find stuff they miss, some of it is comical.
