I have searched and could not find a solid answer so: <ul><li>Do de-aggro procs on equipment effect the entire encounter or solely single target?</li><li>Is there a differentiation between a single target de-aggro and an encounter de-aggro proc? </li></ul> Details: <ul><li>De-aggro procs on equipment, they almost all say reduces threat to target.  There is at least one example where it says reduces threat to target encounter (meaning green spell) so there is precedence to sat that there is a difference between a single target de-aggro proc and an encounter de-aggro proc.</li><li>There was a discussion in-game about the validity or ALL de-aggro procs effecting every target in th encounter if you use a green spell.  The argument was it has the chance to proc on any target you hit with the spell you cast.</li></ul>Thanks in advance I have been wanting a clarification on this topic for sometime, as many have differing opinions on it.

yeah I know the dev's get busy and not many questions get answered, never hurts right. I myself was under the assumption that a single target de-aggro proc was just that but my friend put up a decent counter argument with the green spells hitting more than one target allowing for the chance to trigger more than one target for the de-aggro... Think I was hoping someone had a text clip or a quote somewhere that I could not seem to find with the search function. My big reasoning for caring so much is for High aggro AE class... warlock as an example.  Theres quite a bit of de-aggro gear out there but with it all being "single target" it really doesn't help us much since we hardly pull the aggro from the main mob only the adds. I have not been able to extract multiple lines of the single target de-aggro procing on a single cast in my parse and was curious if anyone had info to the contrary.  Because if there is in deed a difference then I think warlocks and other ae intensive classes should have the opportunity to attain de-aggro gear that will actually benefit them and their specialty.
