characer profiles

<p>i was looking at character profiles and when i click the alt button it tells me i need to have advanced charater profiles to access this feature. i purchased that feature some time ago. i checked and i appear to still be paying for that feature. is there a reason why i am getting this message and i am unable to access all the features on the character profiles page?</p><p> thank you for your attention to this matter</p>

You can reach them via the Search the Knowledge Base link at the upper right hand corner of the forum, then Chat Support tab. Thier hours are Mon-Fri 10AM to 7PM Pacific
