Noticed a lack of +WeaponSkills

Do we actually get any + to weapon skills? I was unable to locate where we do, if we do. Any insight into this?

This spell does not require any concentration, but can only be maintained on a single ally</b></span></p><p>and so forth.... --> </p><p> (upgrades in <b>lvl 40 Primal Instinct, lvl 54 Natural Instinct </b>and <b>lvl</b> <b>68 Primitive Instinct)</b></p><p>M1 lvl 68 version gives ~65 to all weapon skills (iirc)</p><p> ++Xan</p>
