crashing to desktop: eq2 had a problem and must be shut down ?

i clicked the "click here" thing and it gave me this AppName: everquest2.exe     AppVer: 1.0.0.1     ModName: mss32.dll ModVer: 7.0.20.0     Offset: 0002bfec i have no idea what any of that means i have crashed to desktop and 8 times in the last 5mins, its getting quite annoying! im not running any UI mods or anything.

<p>I am not an expert at this so take what I say not as gospel.</p><p>Could try deleting the Everquest2.exe file and redownloading it.  May be a corruption in that file.  </p><p>Unless someone else has an idea then could reinstall eq2.  That is a long and painful way but if it fixes it then it fixes it.</p>

ok thanks i#ll try the deleting of the .exe file and see how it goes! if no better i think reinstall might be in order! /sigh

just to report it didnt work, just crashed again :S

Well, if you do go the reinstall route and it still doesn't work then you may want to call customer service.
