Music settings changing everytime I load EQ2

I've been having a problem with my music settings lately.  I personally don't like the in game music, so I turn it off.  Well one day I loaded up EQ2 and my settings for the music volume had gotten changed, so I turn the volume on combat and normal music all the way down and move on.  Well the next time I load EQ2 the settings have changed back!  I've tried everything I can think of, saving a custom profile for options, editing the eq2default.ini (which is the file that keeps getting change) manually and nothing works.  It keeps resetting itself every time I load EQ2. Any ideas or recommendations? Thanks.

Well I figured it out.  It seems it was a problem with the UI I was using. By default Fetish sets the volume in the eq2ui_mainhud_startbutton.xml file.  A simple change to that file and the problem was taken care of.
