Looked around but couldn't find any threads on this. Just wondering if there are specific bits of armor I should be going for in my 60's, or if I should just spend as much as I can on the Pristine Tailored Dragonhide armor? I'm 63 right now, and just looking around on the broker I don't see much that's better. A couple slots I'm specifically curious about is shoulders and cloak: Blood Splattered Bindings Vs. Pristine Dragonhide for shoulders, is the extra deflection on the Bindings worth it at all? And for cloak, I'm still using the dang Gnomeland Security Cloak that procs the 200 point ward, but considering buying the Clandestine Dragon's Breath Adventurer's cloak, but I don't really know how much the bonus's will help. I'm not rolling in plat, so I'm trying to be fairly picky about upgrading one slot at a time, so any advice is appreciated.

Start by running KoS instances, and killing named. The drops off of them are fairly good upgrades. Also start doing the Claymore line of quests, they also give decent rewards for gear. The mastercrafted armor was nerfed hardcore when KoS came out, so it is not that good compared to previous tiers. For more info, look at the Monk loot in the stickied section. It has some good gear that doesn't always require a raid to get. Also go with mithaniel Marr as your diety and get his cloak, it is one of the better nonfabled cloaks in the game.
