Scintillating phantom easyloader on range / throw weapon

<p>Is anyone using the Scintillating phantom easyloader on range / throw weapon is that bug or something cos i checked my ACT in the whole FTH fight it only tigger once & didnt give me power tho that kind of weak. Manage to drain some power from mob but didnt give me extra power  <img src="/smilies/9d71f0541cff0a302a0309c5079e8dee.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></p><p>Anyone have any experience? Whether if it working as intended or not ? BUG?</p>

it only procs off ranged, how much do you use ranged in FTH?!?!

you should put a 10% dps mod on throwing wep or 8% on bow.

<p>aye that suck putting that on throw weapon is a waste been MMIS cleared zone & didnt even procs once as we zerker r mostly on melee <img src="/smilies/9d71f0541cff0a302a0309c5079e8dee.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></p><p>seem the one to get should be that one on our 1h/2h  not the throw weapon lol which class do use their throw weapon everytime i guess none... </p>
