Or whoever it is that programmed/developed/made/etc. these forums...

Please fix them? For the sanity of your EQ2 signature makers if nothing else?

People order a signature. Upon receiving them, they rush to the Signature Test thread to test it out. After laboriously typing in the html code to display their signature, it doesn't display under their name. After about 15 or 20 minutes of retyping the same code over and over again, it finally displays. 3 or 4 hours later, their signature reverts back to their old one even though they changed it to the new one and saved it. Then that poor forum poster is left having to retype the html code again. We've been recommending copying and pasting the code since it will take several seperate entries & saves to get it to finally save without reverting back to the old signature.

Then there's the posts displaying signatures that have been made. Naturally, being sig-graphic artists, we want our posts to look good. We're perfectionists about displaying our work for others to see. Yet, whenever we change the alignment of something, display multiple images, change font sizes and color, etc. the post bugs on us.

After updating my thread to reflect Shasa's finished order, I spent three hours trying to get it to display correctly. It would add line spaces where I had none, remove line spaces where there should be, and center things that weren't centered even though I had done nothing to change the picture part of the post. As soon as I fixed the errors and made it display correctly, I'd hit submit, and it would mess up something else. Finally, after three hours of proving to the forums that I am more stubborn than it, I got it to display correctly. Then I received feedback from Crolack about his sig and realized that I had to update the thread again.

I cried.

<sighs> Yes, I know. I wasn't sure which category it would fall under since it is also a technical issue.

The technical forum has a ***READ BEFORE POSTING*** statement. The Forum and Help forum has this http://forums.station.sony.com/eq2/...topic_id=346596

Most inquiries are of "technical" nature to poster's...which usually brings them to this forum, regardless.
