recent kill list: gain credit when someone in that list ATTACK you first

I dont know if you guys agree with me, but i think we should gain status/loot when someone that you already kill recent attack you again. I kill one guy in haverst area easy today. That guy comes back and keep me bugging even when he have no chance. Like 5 times. I think my hp was in 90% all times. I agree with no gain nothing when someone is in your recent list if you attack him first.  but if that guy is stupid for attack you again he should loose stuffs and you should gain credit for save your live again. ;p what you guys think?
