The spawn timer seems to be about 2 hours. Someone whacked the Soundless Guardian just before our group needed it (last night oddly enough) for quest too so we went to SoS and banged out a bunch of stuff in there while we waited. Got a level of xp and about 3 plat in loot in the meantime. If they reduce the spawn timer on it I think it is going to be camped non-stop. It does on occassion drop exquisit chest (although I have never been so lucky to get one, only see them drop for other people)</p>

If it's a quest update, they can always change it to no longer drop any loot.
