Weird flying jump

Hey everyone .. Im playing on server Nagafen(PVP) and i recently saw some qeynosians(im from fp) jumping around in EL. When they jumped, they did had a very high reduced falling speed so it looked like they were flying or something like that .. I've heard that it's an ability fay's learn, but i've seen wood elfs and iskar do it, so im very curious now? is it an adornment on cloak or something ?! Thanks (: '

<p>There's gnomish spring boots, yes, but there's also a parachute that's tinkered that'll give you something like fae glide.</p>

Do you NEED to be tinker to use that parachute? and what is the mats required to make it ?  (:

The boots need to be commisioned by a tinker as they are no-trade, the parachutes can be bought any used by anyone. There is also the fae wing cloak from EH that gives fae fall (not glide) which id imagine would be [Removed for Content] useful on PVP.

<p>it's not a parachute.  It's an adornment for your cloak.  I bought mine off of the broker for around 40g, but I've seen them listed as high as 2p per.  I wish the spring on the boots was an adornment, but those are actual boots you have to wear.  that would rule as an addition to the Jboots!</p><p>hope this helps...</p>

The cloak adorn is just fall damage reduction.
