I miss this dearly. In fact, I miss a lot of original EQ music. Most of all though I miss the merchant music (thank you for still having the log-in music). This post is dedicated to getting the original merchant music into EQ2.

<p>If you can find the MP3(s) you like, you can set up a "custom_music" folder in your EQ2 directory.  Any files with names and locations that match the files in your "Music" directory will be used instead of the default ones. </p><p>(For instance, the file "<b>custom_music</b>zonesQeynos_apartment.mp3," if it exists, will be played instead of "<b>Music</b>zonesQeynos_apartment.mp3.&quot<img src="/smilies/8a80c6485cd926be453217d59a84a888.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></p>

I don't remember any merchant music in EQlive. I remember the underwater music that they eventually removed when PoP introduced an MP3 format, and the legendary Boat Theme.

However... this merchant music would have to be higher quality and still sound  the same <img src="/smilies/69934afc394145350659cd7add244ca9.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />
