I have already checked the sticky. I have the information that was needed from the eq2info, MSINFO & the DXDiag files. All of that plus my problem comes to 24 pages. What I need to know is if I read the instructions right, can I send that big of a file & will it my files be open to the whole world to see? Thanks Silena

You will have to copy and paste it to the forums as you cannot send it as an attachment. It will have to be done in multiple posts, you cannot put it all in one post. Do not worry about people looking at it. There is absolutely no personal information located in the MSINFO or DXDIAG files.

What about the eq2info file ? Do I need to send this also? Is there anything personal in this file? I've never done this before, so tell me just how to send this out ? Please I need step bye Step instructions. Also How do I make sure that all my posts follow each other so that makes sense. Thanks Silena

Nope. Nothing personal in that file. Just in game settings.

All you have to do is just keep replying to your own post as many times as you need to get all the requested info on the forums.
