<p>Sony needs to address this problem!!!!</p><p>It hard enough to camp this guy out especially when other groups fight for it.........</p><p>2 hour spawn,After all that time getting a group together and racing to get to it before others take it from you.</p><p>He drop a wood chest BLAH.</p><p>He drops wood alot!!!!!!!!!!!</p><p>Sony need to relax this drop, to drop more gear!!!!! If he drop more gear more offen there whould be less fights to get to him before others take it.</p><p>Pls post your opinion</p>

<p>All I am saying is that the loot drop should be better aka  (master chest or ornate)other then plain wood like any mob whould drop.</p><p>also when you go to other places like CoV or OoB you know there going to be a gear drop!!!!!</p>

Yes, make the game more easy. Not. There's a reason why nameds don't drop ornate/master chest everytime you know.

There's other named encounters in Kaladim, including at least 4 other ring events I know of, perhaps more. The Avatar isn't the only thing to fight there.

<p>Actually what can fix all this mess is...is just 1 thing...</p><p>Make Kaladim an Instance like Valdoons, Obilisk of Blight, and Etc.</p><p>When it comes to the class armors, items and etc, contested mobs really are a thing of the past. All it does is start stupid fights that end in reporting, Kill-stealing, training, and etc. It's just not worth it in the end.</p><p>IMO, Kaladim would be nice as just an instance, I'm not too sure about Castle MistMoore but from the horror tories I've heard about the sage...they may as well instance it and give everyone peace of mind.</p>

I won't say the "only reason", but I would assume the majority of people down there is not for exp.  It's for the EOF Set.  Screw the master chests, just at least drop us a EOF setpiece.  I've been there 4 times and have seen wood every single time.  It's probably bad luck, but it's been annoying considering have to zone in, see who's in zone, message them if they are camping Avatar, they are...so you leave and come back the next day...  It's been 2 months and still this issue.

<p>The class glove drop rate is ridiculous imo.</p><p>Head Butler Z'ral in MMcata spawns once an hour w/ no PH. He can still drop wood but honestly it dosent seem that often. Seneschal D'naraz in MMcata has a PH but he can spawn every 15mins. Getting arms is ok.</p><p>Sage in CMM spawns about every 15min w/ a PH but its the same deal. He seems to drop decent % of ornate and once your in the room your pretty much set. Plus theres little worry about kill stealing there from farmers.</p><p>The avatar event tho is a pain in every aspect. The ring event is long, allowing anyone in Kaladim a chance to get there and possibly steal the final named once he goes aggro. The 2hr cycle is too long, expecially with the good chance your gonna get a wood chest.</p><p>I've never actually earned a pair of class gloves for any of my characters. I've never even seen a pair drop to try and trade for the gloves I needed (tho I rarely do the event). For each character, I've had to buy them from the broker from players with bot-like names. Thats bs.</p>

The avatar can be duoed by a scout / healer. Why should it drop legendary at a 100% ratio? The current one is more than fine. If you want loot work for it.

would like an increase in better chest.  Spent 3 days one each week for 3 weeks camping him.  Got all wood each time.  Those are horrible %'s

2 Hour Respawn + Long Ring Event + Competition = Too Much Work too a [Removed for Content] WOODY.  16 Kills, 1 Ornate, 0 Set Gloves [Any Class].  Compare to Sage: 12 Kills, 11 Ornate, 1 Exquisite, 9 Set Pants, 1 Novum Techum, 2 Capes, 1 Sacrilege M1.

I've seen some fairly ragtag groups take down the Sage.  (SK, Guardian, Mystic, Conjuror, Necromancer, Brigand)  Group wasn't able to hold the room, but was able to kill the Sage once. Plus don't forget that you need to factor time into the Risk VS Reward thing too.  A good group can get to the sage in under 45 minutes and kill him 3 times with 2 PHs in the time it takes that same group to kill the Avatar once. (I've done that too, and yet STILL don't have my pants)
