massive lags on german servers

heeelloooooooooo we have lags lags lags lags lags lags lags 2-3sec lags while crafting and killing heroic stuff. 5 - 10 sec lags while raiding. 30sec lag when 1 raidforce zones into a contested zone. this all since eof release. any plans to solve this problem?

<p>can anyone please give us info about the situation? who is soe trying to fix the lags, are you working on the lag fix at all? is there any possible eta? </p><p>the thing is, we're fighting with that massive lags for about two years now, sometimes it got a little bit better, most of the time when the german translation was overwritten by some lu or something but some days after that when the translation came back the lag was back and often worse than before</p><p>we are trying to get info from our german support (eovania) but she doesn't give us at least a hint whats going on. all she's saying is "i couldn't realise any lag when i was solo playing on a german server". excuse me, but thats not that kind of info a qualified support should give us. Please don't misunderstand what i'm trying to explain, i don't want to blame any explicid def, i'm just telling the facts.</p><p>we are writing pms almost everyday without getting any answers, we had gm's walking with us though the zones watching the lag wiping us. and all they said every time was: " we recognised it and we will send the info to soe but we can't do anything ourselfs" </p><p>i'm not talking about lags of 1or 2 seconds, that would be a tremendous increase of our server performance, the lags we have to deal with are more about 5-10seconds between every spell. even if there are just about 30players in a zone. some content is just unbeatable with those lags and thats extremely frustrating. </p><p>so please grimwell or anyone else who knowes something about it answer us!</p>
