SK have pets?

<p>Do Shadow Knights have pets?  I'm sure you may remember that in EQ1 SK, had pets while weak.  Do they have any pets in this game... Fluff or not?</p><p>Thanks</p>

Not sure about fun spells, but SKs do get a limited pet to aid them in combat. 30 second duration limited pet, no set amount of damage, casting is 2 seconds and recast 30 seconds. Used to have to have an item to use it, but now you can use it whenever you want.

We have a 30 sec pet that is more like a random dmg DoT.  It dies very easy from aoes.  It comes out with a 2h sword on about a 2 sec delay.  I mainly use mine for pulling raid mobs so he eats the first shot and not me.  Also depending on what buffs are running in the group it can hit harder.  Like if you have him out and a dirge uses CoB or a zerker goes zerk.

Someone told me that they get a skeletal pet called a Squire that follows them around... Is that true?

The sacrament is skeletal, the squire is not.
