REALLY REALLY need technical help!

Please, someone help me, been trying to figure out for the past month....ok, I log in, and at the Launch where you would click PLAY, a white box appears. A box pops up that says this page contains secure and non secure items, then asks if I want to display the nonsecure items. After clicking yes twice, a Station.com bow appears where it use to show my characters/SOE adds, it prompts me to log in for some reason, so I do, then it says internet script error, DO I WANT TO KEEP RUNNING SCRIPTS ON THIS PAGE? I click yes and it takes me back to the same white page, I click the yes for nonsecure items twice and I wind up at the same place...do I need to authenticate something and if so, how?

It sounds as if you have some issues with the launch pad.  I am not sure exactly what you are seeing though.  Is there any way you can post a screen shot?  If you want you can PM it to me or PM me and I will give you my email address.
