missing char

Hiya i have reinstalled eq2 on my new computer but all my chars are gone, any 1 have any idea

Also, select the PLAY button, do not use the drop down box the first time you try to get to your characters

Thank you for the assist, Wingrider01.  Yes Dinah8, you may not be able to get the character list on the launch when you start playing after long time. You need to enter the game without selecting any character on the launch pad.  After you reach the character select screen you should be able to see your characters there.
