The reason behind these changes are to help toons new to PVP succeed correct?

Well guess what, it will have the opposite effect. Since none of these so-called new players or new toons will be able to take advantage of the prior system, they will actually be less powerful than the current player base.

They will level faster and be able to gain fewer AA's and possibly less gear in the same amount of "leveling" time because of this change.

LOL bring them on! Talk about target drones.

That's not true.. I started out new locked my xp's and leveled off of quests only for AAs.. I'm now level 58 with 87 AAs.

I know it is going to suck not being able to use your 30-45 AAs at level 15 to kill new players in starter gear and AppIs or AppIVs but I'm sure you'll manage.

I think aa's should only be usable at lv 20. Hey look I solved every single problem. Woohoo.

It is quite possible to hit the 1.5 cap on aas completely without debting. I am on that cap on my inqy, and I didnt debt up once. It might be a trifle difficult to hit 15 aas at lvl 10, but 5-7 aas should be completely doable without much xp at all.
