Level 24 Master II Choice

<p>I'm approaching 24, 19 at the moment, and I'm gonna have to make a choice.</p><p>I can choose between Damaged Psyche (magic mitigation debuff), Recklessness (physical DPS buff), Sibyllant (reactive damage), and Mesmerize. I'm stuck between Damaged Psyche and Sibyllant.</p><p>It seems like Sibyllant is a major source of damage. Adept I does 200-250 everytime it hit something. Master II has gotta be over 300 per hit. 900 damage in 10 seconds. My main nuke at that level, Mind splice, would be hitting for 100-150 doing only about 450 damage in 9 seconds. This spell looks great.</p><p>I took Master II Gloom have 5 points in Enhance: Gloom. Which when stacked with Damaged Psyche and 5 points in Enhance: Damaged Psyche with Master II would mean some major mental mitigation reduction.</p><p>I mostly solo 0-1 up arrow mobs 1 lower level than I am with a charmed mob same level as my targets but 0-1 down arrow. So mezzes aren't that big a deal here.  Recklessness doesn't help soloing much since I use mostly caster charmies. </p><p>Let me know what you think. Thanks.</p>

I almost always had me a mage type mob charmed so I could root a mob and have my pet attack at range so back when at that lvl I went with the mit debuff for my choice. Just depends on your style. If you prefer having your pet going in for melee then the reactive spell would be what you would get the most out of.

I am 24 now and took Sibyllant, it does insane damage and is great when soloing! I solo about the same way as you do.
