Login Stops At "Loading UI Resources"

Is anyone currently having this issue?  I Load fine all the way till I see " Loading UI Resources"  And then it just sits until it kicks me back to character select.  Not only that, but it only happens when I try to zone into Neriak.  I have to have a friend half way across the country log in for me to move my character back out of Neriak.  I've tried all the suggested solutions in the knowledge base and none work.  I need an answer while I still have some hair left.  Thanks for any help I can get....

My wife is currently having the same issue in *every* zone, not just Neriak/DLW. I'm running a full file scan on her client right now.

Interesting thing.... I replaced the router I've been using that was designed for the FIOS system I use with a Linksys router and it works like a champ now....

I went to an internet cafe and hooked up my computer it worked fine, so it's definitely the connection that's the issue.

Buy a Linksys router as they are made by Cisco Systems.  D-Link routers are about as bad as you can get.

It is great to see that replacing the router resolved your issue. But for future please note that which ever router you use you need to open the ports between 1023 through 65535 on your router to allow the access to the game.
