AA respec

Since some trees in effect of the pvp changes will be ruined will we get a respec in which we can reset our points in either tree? To use in a different tree. ie on respec the points i have now wasted in ranger tree can i put into pred tree?

i hope they do since the hook line is going to be ruined if changes go live
