RoK Weapons: Slower Please

I'd just like to throw out the idea that higher level weapons across the board should have longer delays than their predecessors.  Players are getting more and more haste with little to no change in how much time our abilities take to cast.  Weapons with unusually slow attack rates are the most highly sought after currently because they are less likely to lose damage potential due to using spells or combat arts.  As a Paladin I lose a ton of potential DPS from casting 2 second spells while using a 1.3 delay weapon hasted down to well under a second.  I'd like to see most 1 handers in ROK with at least 2 second delays to compensate for this phenomenon.

If not, I'd wait til the weapon revamp and take a look at some of those weapons that used to be DW, and magically evolved into 1hders. Once this change takes place, Im quite sure you will be able to find a suitable weapon with a delay you can live with.</p>

Once this change takes place, Im quite sure you will be able to find a suitable weapon with a delay you can live with.</p></blockquote> There are a lot of weapons with longer delays in the game but they are almost exclusively raid drops.  Obviously the itemization folks understand the mechanics here because the most desirable weapons have the longest delays.  Since this aspect gets better with ascending quality tier, it only makes sense for it to do so with level as well.
