Problems logging into Lucan D'Lere

Is anyone else having a problem logging into Lucan D'Lere?  My game is hanging at the screen where zone info is loaded.  I'm thrown into character select and the cycle starts all over again. Happens with all characters. My husband is having the same sorts of problems, but can log into the test server.

I am having the same problem.  I managed to log in once today, and then encountered the same problem when trying to zone to Thundering Steppes.  As an aside, I managed to log into the test server without any problems.

I can get into the test server also.  I've done three sessions with the Tech Support people and have gotten nowhere.

I just wanted to add that I created a character on Oasis, and was able to log in without a problem.  However when I tried to log in to LdL, I got stuck at "waiting for entities".  I never actually zoned in.
